Great place with two bedrooms (the smaller one is towards the street, the bigger one towards the backyard). Basically everything you need is there. When I say everything, I mean - everything. Except for a dishwasher but that was literally the only thing. On the other hand, you will find a clean flat that’s lovely decorated with a great welcome package and lots of nice details. Don’t want to spoil it but if you fancy watching TV in bed this place brings it to the next level. And in general, it has to be mentioned, all technical appliances are of good quality. Communication with the owner was always perfect. One thing to know is that the flat is located north of the river. When I booked it it was shown as being south of it. Might be an AirBnB flaw and is not a real issue as there’s a bridge literally 50 meters away. The other thing is that it‘s located on a quite busy roundabout that was used for a ‚drifting contest‘ by the local youth the evening we stayed there. That can be annoying. However, my son who slept in the bedroom facing the roundabout didn’t have issues sleeping through the night. Summing it up, if you come to Hawick you should definitely consider this place. We enjoyed it.

The flat had everything you could imagine to make the stay comfortable and practical. You could stay without having to spend anything except on food for dinner. The location is perfect for the town and for local restaurants (which Mike recommends accurately) and supermarkets. Surpasses any expectations. You wouldn’t be disappointed.

Really nicely presented flat, with all the modern conveniences you might expect, and even some you might not expect! A very clean, comfortable and homely place to stay. Choice of 3 supermarkets within a stone's throw. Great access to the local countryside, be it in Scotland or neighboring Northumberland. Would recommend!

My colleagues stayed at Mike's place and LOVED IT! They spoke to Mike on the phone before their arrival and we was very friendly and helpful. On arrival there was a complimentary hamper with snacks and drinks. They said the flat was clean and modern ..and that, in fact, it was like a high tech bachelor pad! A massive TV in the living room, one in the kitchen and one in each of the bedrooms; the main bedroom a remote-controlled TV was built into the end of the bed! There was good parking outside the flat also. Mike - they both extend their sincere thanks and are hoping they get an excuse to return in the future!

Everything you could possibly need! Even a spare toothbrush! All mod cons and lovely and clean. Four adults and 3 babies stayed here and there was plenty of room. The welcome pack was very generous indeed. Wonderfully decorated, bright and welcoming.

View from apartment was lovely, flat was fully equipped with everything and more than we needed! Easy to get in and out with no hassle, beds were all very comfortable and the flat was in perfect condition!

Accommodation was allegedly self catering however there was an abundance of provisions so much so that a lot of what we brought with us was unnecessary. Mike really went above and beyond to make us welcome, he took the spirit of hospitality to a new level. We really enjoyed our stay and would without hesitation recommend Teviot View to future prospective visitors.
Could not think of any way to improve upon what is provided.
